Developed for multi-national real estate developer and asset manager BentallGreenOak, Pacific Corporate Centre is a two-building, 442,733 sq. ft. distribution centre development built on a 19-acre site in Surrey's Campbell Heights business park. Construction of the LEED-targeted development completed in August 2023, and now both buildings are fully-leased.
