Located on Secretariat Way in Langford is the future home of Aura apartments. Situated on a 0.6-acre site, Aura is our first wood frame, mid-rise rental apartment development in the community of Langford. Upon build out, Aura will offer 84 apartment units ranging between 560 - 1,000 sq. ft.
Construction is scheduled to commence in Q1 2024.
