This property is in a prime location at the busy intersection of Boundary Road and Marine Way, bordering the City of Vancouver. It is within walking distance to Vancouver’s 130-acre River District development, and is within 13 km of downtown Vancouver, 20 minutes to YVR, 5 minutes to Metrotown, and on a major bus route. The site totals 4.1 acres on which we plan to develop two buildings totaling over 111,000 sq. ft. of small-bay industrial strata units.
