Our first development in the City of Mission, this 18.2 acre site is located on the northeast corner of Dewdney Trunk Road and Cade Barr Street. It will be comprised of four high-quality light industrial buildings, totaling 400,000 sq. ft. The development is currently under construction with the first phase expected to be complete by Q3 2025. The remaining two buildings will be part of a future release.
As part of the development, we are dedicating two acres of land to be used for a new fire hall to serve the surrounding community.
