Horn Rapids is located in Richland, part of the Tri-Cities region of southeastern Washington. We acquired the remaining 162 acres of this very well regarded 500 acre master-planned community. There have been over 1,150 homes sold in Horn Rapids over the past 10 years, and together with our builder partner Pahlisch Homes, we plan to develop an additional 575 new homes. There is a golf course weaving its way through the neighborhood and a club house amenity for the residents.
