Rosedale Parks is a 458-lot master-planned community covering over 70 acres. There is a community clubhouse and pool, and a treed park in the center of the community. We sold the first 148 lots to Lennar Corporation, America's largest home builder. Our builder-partner, Pahlisch Homes, is going to build out the rest of the community over the next four years.
