Located at 325 and 329 Silver Stream Road, this 10-acre development is our first project in Kamloops. It is directly off the Trans-Canada Highway, 15 minutes east of downtown Kamloops, offering broad appeal to both the local business community as well as those who may require a distribution or logistics facility along Highway 1 in the interior of BC. We constructed and completed two buildings offering a total of 196,000 sq. ft.
