Located at 325 Silver Stream Road, this 10-acre site is our first project in Kamloops. It is directly off the Trans-Canada Highway, 15 minutes east of downtown Kamloops, offering broad appeal to both the local business community as well as those who may require a distribution or logistics facility along Highway 1 in the interior of BC. We plan to construct two buildings offering a total of 196,000 sq. ft. Construction commenced in Q2 2022 and we anticipate the completion of both buildings by early 2024.
