Solis at Petrosa is a 260-unit apartment development located in the northeast section of Bend, OR and is part our Petrosa master-planned residential community. The 10-acre development consists of nine buildings situated across from nature trails and a 14-acre off-lease dog park. Construction of the final building was completed in December 2023 and the community is now in lease-up.
