Timberview is a 180-unit rental apartment development in Oregon City, a southern suburb of the Metro Portland region. The development is comprised of three, 3-storey buildings with elevators and a combined 141 units, 33 rental townhouses, and six 5-bedroom, 5-bath units optimally designed to be shared by students attending Clackamas Community College. Construction of Timberview apartments was completed in July 2023 and the community is now in lease-up.
